How about a free cocktail? Participating Connecticut restaurants are offering one free alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink to customers who show their vaccine card. The promotion will run from May 19 to 31. A food purchase is required, and the offer is limited to one drink per person. Each restaurant will determine which drinks are “on them.” Statewide participants so far include all Wood-n-Tap restaurants and all locations of Bear’s Smokehouse. Fairfield County restaurants include Match in Norwalk, Don Memo, Kawa Ni, The Whelk and Match Burger Lobster in Westport and Taco Daddy and Lila Rose in Stamford.
