The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, has said despite security challenges that have stretched the security agencies to the limit and COVID- 19 pandemic, the All Progressives Congress remains the best party to solve Nigeria’s problems.
Osinbajo said this shortly after he flagged off the APC membership registration/revalidation exercise in Ogun State.
In a statement from his office titled, ‘State of the nation: There will be evidence that justice prevails- Osinbajo,” the Vice President was quoted as saying lending support for the creation of state police just as he said governments at all levels must ensure justice for victims of crime.

A 75 years old woman, Mrs Janet Bejide, says she is being plagued daily by headache, body pains, and unclear vision since August 10, 2020 when she was hit by stray bullets allegedly shot by policemen at Ire Ekiti in the Oye Council area of Ekiti State.
Bejide spoke on Wednesday at the Ekiti Judicial Panel of Inquiry into human rights violations by the police, which she had approached to seek N20 million compensation for the trauma she has been going through and the daily pains since the incident.
She said, “I was in my shop selling rice to my customers when suddenly there was tear-gas fired by the police. I had to cover my head with a cloth and bent my head to prevent the tear-gas from affecting me.
