Barry P. Weaver, president, Millennia Housing Management, Ltd.
Barry P. Weaver has been promoted to president of Millennia Housing Management from executive vice president. Millennia Housing is the apartment ownership and management unit of Cleveland-based Millennia Cos.
Weaver, who joined Millennia Housing in 2020, succeeds Lee J. Felger as president following Felger s advancement to chief operating officer of Millennia Housing, according to a May 10 news release.
Frank T. Sinito, founder and CEO at Millennia Cos., said in a release that Weaver has been key in providing executive leadership to our property management teams and support departments. Federal investigators looking into 2019 explosion at Jacksonville government subsided apartment

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Federal regulators opened investigations into a 2019 explosion of a government subsided apartment complex in Jacksonville that sent seven people to the hospital, according to state fire investigators and the attorney for one of the families injured. The status of those cases are unclear.
Both the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Transportation had federal regulatory cases open, according to the press secretary for the Florida Division of Investigative and Forensic Services.
The HUD Office of Inspector General wrote in an email Tuesday, per policy, the agency cannot confirm or deny ongoing investigations.
