In lieu of Pride celebration, Greenfield theater to host festival of LGBTQ films “Brokeback Mountain” Published: 5/13/2021 4:17:59 PM GREENFIELD If this were a typical year, cities across the region would be preparing to host events celebrating the local LGBTQ community, such as the annual Franklin County Pride celebration in Greenfield. Starting Friday afternoon, the curtain will rise on the first-ever “LGBTQIA+ Classic Film Festival,” a six-day event hosted by the Main Street theater featuring critically acclaimed films with LGBTQ themes.
