The home at 5130 Radbrook Place looks like it could be the set of a classic Hollywood film, listing agent Amy Detwiler of Compass said. With its polished exterior, statement dual staircases at the entry and classic details throughout, the home’s design says luxury and glamour.
Oh, and the current owner has peacocks roaming the property, Detwiler said.
This six-bedroom, five-bathroom and one half-bathroom home sits on an acre in Preston Hollow. It was built in 1984, but Detwiler said it was extensively renovated and restored by the current owner.
The former Columbus police officer who fatally shot an unarmed Black man last year has been arrested and indicted on a murder charge, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced at a virtual press conference on Wednesday.
“The grand jury found the truth: Andre Hill should not be dead,” Yost said.
Adam Coy, 44, a 19-year-veteran of the Columbus Division of Police was fired days after he shot 47-year-old Andre Hill on Dec. 22 after he and another officer responded to a neighbor’s non-emergency call about someone sitting in a vehicle turning it on and off repeatedly and playing music loudly.
Chief Thomas Quinlan recommended that Coy be terminated after finding that the facts of the case didn’t indicate that the use of deadly force was objectively reasonable.

Adam Coy, 44, faces charges of murder, felonious assault, and dereliction of duty after a grand jury brought an indictment against him Wednesday for the shooting of Andre Hill, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced in a Wednesday evening press conference.
The blood of Casey Goodson and Andre Hill still stain the city of Columbus, Ohio. Both Black men were killed by law enforcement personnel in two separate high-profile encounters that occurred within weeks of each other in December.
And on Thursday, Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther moved to replace Police Chief Thomas Quinlan, saying he’d lost trust in the top cop’s ability to reform the police agency. Ginther announced that Quinlan, 54, stepped down at his request and said a nationwide search will soon be underway to find his successor. Deputy Chief Mike Woods will serve in an interim role while the city looks for its next permanent police chief.

Officer Amy Detwiler and now-fired officer Adam Coy responded to a non-emergency complaint about someone sitting in a parked car that was being turned on and off. Neither officer had their body camera turned on as they approached the driveway and garage, but a 60-second video only look-back feature shows Hill turn to face the police, raising his cellphone in his left hand, his right hand is not visible in the video. Coy pulled his service revolver and shot Hill several times.
After the officers turned on their cameras, the audio captures them securing the scene and ordering the home’s resident back into the house.
