据报道，知情人士透露，美国多州的总检察长可能最早于下周向 Alphabet 旗下的Google提起诉讼，指控这家搜索和广告巨头运营移动应用商店的方式违反反垄断法。知情人士表示，在此之前，应用开发者就曾经对Google管理 Android Play Store 的方式进行投诉。该诉讼自去年以来一直在推进中，已经因为种种原因遭到推迟，但此次似乎又将启动。
此次调查由犹他州、田纳西州、北卡罗来纳州和纽约州的总检察长领导。目前还不清楚具体有多少州会参与其中。
此外还有两起针对 Play Store 的集体诉讼也被提交给同一位法官审理。知情人士称，如果相关各州希望参与取证和其他审前活动，他们就必须尽快提交申请。
苹果和 Epic 也都因为类似的事情闹上加州法院，并在上月完成庭审。该案目前正在等待裁决。
