Philip Dugan is an essential worker and said he hasn’t missed a day at work since the pandemic began.
He also hasn’t missed a single week visiting his mom at Apple Creek Health and Rehab in Arkansas.
“You go from visiting her in her room every day, to not even being able to see her,” Dugan said.
It’s been nearly a year since Philip Dugan has seen his mom, Elaine, in person.
“Cherish every day with them because it can be taken away in a second,” Dugan said.
