GREEN BAY, Wis., Jan. 21, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) ( Associated or Company ) today reported net income available to common equity ( earnings ) of $62 million, or $0.40 per common share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. These amounts compare to earnings of $40 million, or $0.26 per common share for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the year ended December 31, 2020, the Company reported earnings of $288 million, or $1.86 per common share; or $1.19 per common share excluding the gain on sale of Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting
