Rising robberies: Timergara residents spending sleepless nights

July 14, 2021 TIMERGARA: A gang of thieves has become active in Khema, Jabagai, Kandaro, Malikabad and other areas of Balambat, which has compelled the residents to spend sleepless nights. People highlight issue at Lower Dir open forum Peshawar February 24, 2021 TIMERGARA: Following directives of the provincial government, the Lower Dir district administration on Tuesday held an open forum at district council hall to address grievances of the public. Deputy Commissioner, Lower Dir,r Captain (retd) Aun Haider Gondal, additional deputy commissioner, finance, Tariq Jamal, assistant commissioner Timergara Tahir Ali district health officer (DHO) Dr Nazeer Ahmad and other officials attended the event. The public highlighted various issues, including unannounced power shutdown, encroachments in various bazaars, sale of drugs and narcotics in Timergara and Munda, poor sanitation in various bazaars, sale of sub-standard snacks in schools and bazaars.

Cleanliness drive in Timergara February 16, 2021 PESHAWAR: On the directives of Deputy Commissioner Dir Lower Aun Haider Gondal, a cleanliness drive was launched in Talash and Timergara bazaars. A handout said that during the cleanliness campaign, mud, garbage and plastic bags were removed from drainage channel as well as from the bazaar. The drainages were cleared. Tehsil Municipal Officer Timergara Shakil Hayat supervised the drive.
