2 N.J. food makers win national award for ‘humanizing food culture’

Two New Jersey food companies just won national awards for their products and not just for taste.
The 2021 Good Food Awards were announced Thursday, and Blissfully Better in Chester and Fabalish in Wallington were among the 53 winners nationwide.
Blissfully Better, a candy company that uses coconut sugar to make its treats healthier, was awarded for its sea salt caramel thins caramel dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt. The company also makes toffee thins, coconut thins and mint thins along with sea salt caramel, toasted coconut and peanut butter bon bons.
