Associations Forum and Connected Event Group partner on skills and strategy June masterclass
Connected Event Group has partnered with Associations Forum – which has 600 member associations in Australia – to deliver an inaugural masterclass with a line-up of some of the country’s most accomplished events, marketing and association specialists.
The masterclass has been created for associations and the not-for-profit sector, one of the biggest drivers of Australia’s national business events market and to provide skills and confidence for those on the front-line.
Founder of Connected Event Group, Libbie Ray (pictured) said it was an important time to share experiences and knowledge with organisers and CEOs in this sector as they face a complex and new events and marketing landscape.
State Police say Watson was driving a ShopRite tractor-trailer south on Route 24 in Bel Air around 7 a.m. March 11, 2019 when it crashed through a line of rush-hour traffic at Ring Factory Road and burst into flames as it came to rest.
Killed in the crash were 65-year-old Andrew Klein, a prominent Harford County businessman and philanthropist, and 7-year-old Tripp Johnson. Four other people were seriously injured.
Klein was the president of Klein s Supermarkets which ironically operated ShopRite stores in Harford County.
Maryland State Police have said there was no evidence that drugs or alcohol played any part in the crash.
