Fatal Maryland crash: NJ man has charges tossed by judge

State Police say Watson was driving a ShopRite tractor-trailer south on Route 24 in Bel Air around 7 a.m. March 11, 2019 when it crashed through a line of rush-hour traffic at Ring Factory Road and burst into flames as it came to rest.
Killed in the crash were 65-year-old Andrew Klein, a prominent Harford County businessman and philanthropist, and 7-year-old Tripp Johnson. Four other people were seriously injured.
Klein was the president of Klein's Supermarkets which ironically operated ShopRite stores in Harford County.
Maryland State Police have said there was no evidence that drugs or alcohol played any part in the crash.
