Ashley Carlson was like many at the height of the coronavirus pandemic. She lost her job, as a dental practice manager, then began her own business. When the upper northern beaches went into lockdown again in December, it crushed us .
On Sunday Ms Carlson, 29, was back in business at Mona Vale farmers market, selling soy-wax candles, a business she launched with her mother Anita, and selling her paintings as the lockdown ended.
