However, the pandemic seems to have brought in a semblance of cooperation between the two parties. On Saturday night, one such dramatic moment was witnessed, soon after local police took action against 200 auto drivers for overcharging. However, leaders of the auto drivers soon intervened with a sincere apology, and the police let the itinerant drivers go with a promise that they would start afresh and work with some honesty.
