Recite Me & Eploy announce partnership to bolster inclusive recruitment
Eploy, a market leader in enterprise cloud-based ATS and e-recruitment software, has announced a new partnership with Recite Me, the assistive technology provider, to deliver an inclusive experience when attracting, engaging, and managing candidates.
The Recite Me and Eploy partnership will allow customers to offer their candidates the ability to adapt the careers website look and feel to suit their individual needs. When enabled, visitors will be able to access a toolbar full of accessibility and language support options. These features include text to speech functionality, fully customisable styling, reading aids and a translation tool with over 100 languages, including 35 text-to-speech voices and many other features.
Motorpoint backs Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard scheme

The initiative is designed to encourage Motorpoint employees across England, Scotland and Wales, to not only recognise the Sunflower symbol on lanyards but how best to provide the customer wearing the lanyard with additional support while in branch.
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme, launched in 2016, indicates to people around the lanyard wearer that they may need additional support.
