The fact someone went to the effort to hand write five sexually explicit letters and send them to elementary schools suggests more could be coming, the lead investigator on the case said Monday. One letter would be unusual. But to hit five at one time is borderline bizarre. Somebody has put a fair amount of time into it, said RCMP Staff Sgt. Garry Kerr.
Criminal intelligence and forensic experts have examined the letters, which started turning up at schools on Wednesday. Kerr said the documents will be sent to an RCMP lab in Vancouver for DNA analysis.
The letters mailed to Parkcrest, Arthur Stevenson, Kay Bingham, Arthur Hatton and A.E. Perry elementary schools describe graphic sexual fantasies involving young girls.

Roy Fraser
A Canada-wide manhunt is underway for a man wanted on two counts of murder in the killings of Kenneth Yaretz and Damien Marks.
Roy Frederick Fraser, 53, was charged Friday with first-degree murder in the death of Marks and second-degree murder for Yaretz.
Marks, 31, and his roommate Yaretz, 24, vanished in April 2009. Their bodies were found on a Knouff Lake property a month later.
RCMP Staff Sgt. Garry Kerr said officers spent the weekend looking for Fraser, who disappeared while police conducted a 17-month investigation. The search included a trip to the Lower Mainland. Unfortunately, we haven t been able to find him and we don t know his whereabouts, Kerr said during a news conference Monday. Right now, our primary concern is locating Mr. Fraser.
