Tulsa Nonprofit Grateful For Community Support In Helping Kids Follow Their Dreams
The community is coming together to support a Tulsa nonprofit that helps kids follow their dreams.
The Wesley Chapel just held its annual fundraiser, after the event was postponed by the winter storm. This is our annual gala this year it is called The Night of Love and our focus is on loving God, loving one another, and loving the children of North Tulsa, said Pastor Chris Beach of Wesley Chapel, Tulsa.
Beach is a man who knows how to bring people together. This is an opportunity to have a whole bunch of folks from all over town rally around the kids of North Tulsa, said Beach.

Newly Married, Formerly Homeless Couple Needing Help Fixing New Home
Earlier this month News On 6 introduced you to a couple who have been homeless and got married for free, thanks to the kindness of a local church.
That couple has now moved into a home with their kids!
They tell News On 6, they are grateful to spend Christmas in a home, but they need help to fix up the space. I get to cook a dinner! said Shea’Ree Mackey.
Less than a month ago, they were living at the Salvation Army with their babies. Now they are married, and they have a home.
