The Ministry of Education changed the number of credits required to pass University Entrance from 14 to 12, and lowered the number of credits for endorsement from 60 to 52. Beth said she found that time studying level 3 NCEA from home a challenge, especially completing internal assessments outside the classroom. While she said some of her friends had not been able to get onto the website on Thursday, a New Zealand Qualifications spokesman said they had no issues.
