Pubs and restaurants across West Fife are preparing to reopen for business with the easing of restrictions on the hospitality sector now in sight. But while some local business are chomping at the bit to welcome customers back through the door, others are a little more hesitant. The first milestone is expected to be April 26 when alcohol will be allowed to be served outdoors, and potentially open indoors for non-alcohol service. Indoor hospitality is expected to resume on May 17 with alcohol being served and pubs or restaurants allowed to stay open until 22.30. Somewhere Else pub on Guildhall Street had just one month of trading in December when opened under new management - now they are ready to get some football in to their premises in April.
