Spar is launching four new, own-label wines, including its first bag-in-box format.
The convenience retailer’s Crisp White and Fresh Rosé will be available in a 2.25-litre bag-in-box format from tomorrow (29 April).
They will be priced at £14.99 and supported with in-store PoS and digital communication.
“The bag-in-box wine category has experienced double-digit growth over the last year with this trend set to continue into summer 2021,” said Spar UK brand manager Adam Georgiou.
“Our two new bag-in-a-box SKUs are a product extension of our already popular Crisp White and Fresh Rosé wines and in keeping with the familiar designs, so customers can easily recognise them.”

Spar is rolling out four new wines for its own-label range ahead of the summer.
The symbol group is launching its Crisp White and Fresh Rosé wines in 2.25-litre bag in box formats, available from 29 April and retailing at £14.99, the equivalent of three bottles of wine.
