LIMA The following individuals entered pleas of not guilty during arraignment hearings Friday in Allen County Common Pleas Court:
Michael Adkins, 23, of Detroit, aggravated possession of drugs, selling, purchasing distributing or delivering drugs, and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs.
James Ricks Sr., 53, of Lima, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
Anthony Houston, 40, of Lima, aggravated burglary with a firearm specification attached.
Kenneth Scott, 30, of Lima, having weapons under disability, and felonious assault with a firearm specification.
Cidra Billiel, 22, of Lima, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, aggravated possession of drugs, and operating motor vehicle while intoxicated.
