Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University (Russia) and New Zealand University IPU New Zealand signed an agreement on cooperation in the framework of the international educational program of the Master s degree program International Business Development. According to the new agreement, Russian and international students will be able to obtain two degrees at once. The first one - after a year of study in New Zealand (Postgraduate Diploma, Level 8), the second one - after studying at Polytechnic University (Master s degree from SPbPU). The degrees of higher education of two different systems - Bologna and British - will significantly increase the competitiveness of future graduates on the international labor market. The duration of education will not change.

The Asia-Pacific Association of Communication Directors is partnering with Ruder Finn Asia to launch a survey that benchmarks and examines key data impacting the careers, spending plans and strategic priorities of in-house communications directors in the Asia-Pacific region.
The 2021 Communications Index aims to uncover critical real world insights on such areas as salaries, investment and staffing, to help in-house communicators better navigate the fast-changing demands of the critical role.

The Asia Pacific Association for Fiduciary Studies recently announced that Wilfred Leon Guerrero, chairman of the Government of Guam Retirement Fund, has joined the association s Board of Governors.
He will assume the position of board chairman in completion of the term of Gerard Cruz, who left the Asia Pacific Association for Fiduciary Studies Board as his term on the Government of Guam Retirement Fund ended.
Cruz served as chairman for 18 years.
Leon Guerrero has been a trustee with Government of Guam Retirement Fund since 2004 and was elected chairman in 2019.
Prior to being elected board chairman, he served as chairman of the investment committee. His leadership was instrumental in the execution of the board’s investment strategy which included the broader diversification of asset classes, according to the announcement from the association.
