Summer is a difficult time for chocolate makers. Many pause deliveries during the hotter months or turn their hand to something else. Chocolate doesn’t like heat, for obvious reasons.
So this week I’m bringing you something a bit different: drinks. The first is by

A new state of the art distillery has been announced at a site in north Cornwall. Artisan spirit distillers, English Spirit, have announced the opening of a new distillery at Treguddick Manor, near Launceston, later this summer. The distillery, which English Spirit have described as state of the art would house a custom 2,500 litre copper still, engineered by Dr John Walters, distiller and business founder.
