Chairman of the AHMT Bob Narev spent two years in Theresienstadt concentration camp in the Czech Republic The path will be constructed from 250 cobblestones which were originally part of a street in a ghetto in Warsaw, Poland. The cobblestones were donated to the Auckland War Memorial Museum by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2012.
