Council has approved the rezoning of a 3.38-acre property near the Ontario Northland station to allow for the construction of a new truck terminal.
Members of council approved a recommendation Tuesday from its community services committee to have the property, located near the intersection of Seymour Street and the Bypass, rezoned from arterial commercial, or C6, to general industrial, or M2.

The committee, which includes all members of council, put forward the recommendation after discussing the application last month.
