Khafi Kareem and Alexander Kareem | Image: The Sun UK A year after he was killed, the family of Alexander Kareem, the late brother of reality TV star Khafi Kareem are appealing for fresh information on their son’s killers. “We would do anything to have our Alexander back, and so would the community that he was such a big part of,” the family said in a statement on Metropolitan Police website. “In what has been an unbelievably challenging year for us as a family, the hardest part of all is that this story has not ended. “We continue to urge anyone who knows what happened that night to call the police, or call Crimestoppers completely anonymously. We believe that someone within this community knows what has happened, please help us.”
A 23-year-old man has been flown hospital after he partially amputated his arm on the Central Coast this morning. Just before 11am, paramedics responded to reports of a work site accident on Ascot Avenue at Avoca Beach. A man has suffered terrible arm injuries in a workplace accident at Avoca Beach.
Paramedics were called to Ascot Avenue just before 11 this morning, after the 23-year-old’s hand became caught in a concrete pump.
He was later flown to Royal North Shore Hospital for surgery.
New South Wales Ambulance Inspector Bradley Gee says “I’m sure all the safety things are in place it was just an unfortunate accident at this stage but I guess the appropriate authorities will be investigating.”
