Hamilton Public Health Services is reporting 28 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday. There are 435 active cases of COVID-19 in the city with no new deaths linked to the virus in the last 24 hours.

Six more confirmed COVID-19 cases have been reported in students and staff in Hamilton schools.
One of them is a student at St. Eugene Catholic Elementary School community, which is managing an outbreak.
Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board said the student was last in school on Tuesday, Feb. 23. This new case is from the isolating cohort and is connected to the school outbreak, read a letter to families from school principal Linda Spadafora. Any students, staff or cohorts that are required to quarantine will be notified immediately by the school and will be contacted by Hamilton Public Health Services (HPHS) within the next two days.

The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board is dealing with its third COVID-19 outbreak after declaring one at St. Eugene Catholic Elementary School on Tuesday.

COVID-19 continues to infect students and staff in Hamilton schools, with 15 new positive tests and another school-associated outbreak as of Monday.
But of those 15 new cases, seven had not exposed others in school.
The Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) reported four new COVID-19 cases with school-related contacts, including:
