Second COVID case confirmed at WMRHS
December 12, 2020WHITEFIELD Over this past weekend, SAU 36 Superintendent Marion Anastasia informed the community that another COVID-19 case has been confirmed at the high school. In response, the District has followed the guidelines from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. Our School Nurses and COVID Coordinator have ensured me that there is no reason to move into remote instruction because the internal contact tracing indicates minimal risk for transmission in this isolated case. Transmission has happened outside of the school, said Anastasia.
Currently, there are no known cases at either of the elementary schools in the District.
