Martin Freeman s Breeders Renewed for Season 3 at FX

FX’s comedy series Breeders starring Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard has been renewed for a third season after wrapping Season 2 on May 17 (via Variety). Season 3 is expected to premiere in 2022. “Delighted that we’ve got three seasons,” said series showrunner and co-creator Simon Blackwell. “One more and it’s a pizza. And endearingly potty-mouthed parenting sitcom Breeders (Sky One) continued to prove the perfect vehicle for Freeman. Returning for a second series, the outwardly cynical, secretly sentimental, London-set family drama was indebted to Freeman’s talent for looking massively peeved. As it would be, considering he has credits as creator and co-producer.
