General context of the project
INTERSOS officially registered and entered in Syria in May 2019 and works under the umbrella of an MoU with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC). INTERSOS is implementing a program that encompasses Health and Protection activities, along with Livelihoods, Non-Food Items and Education interventions. INTERSOS is active in the governorates of Rural Damascus and Hama, with possible expansion to Idleb and other Government controlled areas

Background
Concern Worldwide has been working in Bangladesh since 1972 and has worked in Cox’s Bazar intermittently over the years. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Of THE PROGRAM
Established in response to the Syrian conflict, Big Heart Foundation is a Syrian-led, non-profit NGO founded in 2013, which aims to alleviate human suffering through the impartial delivery of humanitarian and development programs. Big Heart provides assistance & services to conflict affected populations, including essential food and Non-Food Items (NFI), Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Livelihoods, and Education services. We specialize in the delivery of targeted aid to highly vulnerable populations in areas that are difficult to reach and correspondingly most under-served.
MAIN OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
The MEAL Coordinator will be responsible of the design and implementation of the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework for all programmes, as well as of the review and strengthening of Big Heart’s accountability framework.
Afghanistan: Winterization Response Dashboard (as of March 2021)

The Emergency Shelter and Non-Food Items (ES-NFI) Cluster, in collaboration with the Ministry of Repatriation
and Refugees (MORR), are providing targeted winterization assistance to IDPs, returnees, and acutely vulnerable
people across the country in effort to save lives and mitigate vulnerabilities associated with the winter season.
Over 18 partners are involved in the winterization response across the country, all prioritizing a range of solutions
including provision of fuel and heaters, winter clothing, blankets, shelter insulation kits and rental support.
