Dirk Reyneke
Tech Central reports that Dirk Reyneke has been named Telkom’s new CFO. He replaces Tsholofelo Molefe, who resigned in December 2020 to join MTN in the same position.

Business Day report mentions that Reyneke has been with Telkom for nearly a decade, having previously been CFO at its subsidiaries, Gyro, the group’s property arm; and Openserve, the infrastructure unit.
Telkom also announced changes to its board structures and committees. This includes Kholeka Mzondeki being appointed chair of the group’s social and ethics committee and stepping down from the investment and transactions committee.

Dirk Reyneke has been appointed as Telkom s new chief financial officer, replacing Tsholofelo Molefe, who resigned in December to join MTN Group, in the same capacity.
The telecommunications provider announced on Friday that Reyneke s appointment is with immediate effect.
This is an internal appointment, as Reyneke joined Telkom in 2012 from Absa Retail and Business banking as CFO of Telkom Mobile, and later progressed to be the CFO of Openserve, a division of Telkom, before taking over as acting CFO.
