by   (Tribune News Service)  A Fort Bragg soldier was arrested early this week on multiple child sex crime charges after deputies allegedly found him with a 12-year-old runaway, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. Pfc. Damien Isaiah Campbell, 20, is charged with three counts of statutory rape, five counts of statutory sex offense with a child and five counts of indecent liberties with a child, court records show. He was arrested after Cumberland County deputies went to 7157 Maxwell Road at 12:20 a.m. Thursday to assist the Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office in locating the girl, a news release from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s office said.
