Back in July,
GM Authority was the first to point out that the all-new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer doesn’t offer roof rack cross bars, leading to frustration among owners eager to take advantage of the crossover’s full practicality potential. Now, however, we’re happy to report that General Motors
will offer cross rails for the latest Trailblazer as early as next month.
The good news comes to us courtesy of director of Accessories and Performance Parts Strategy and Marketing, Roger McCormack, who recently spoke with
GM Authority executive editor Alex Luft during the ongoing SEMA 360 show.
The lack of roof rack cross bars with the 2021 Chevy Trailblazer has been a point of contention for those owners who want to use the accessory to carry larger items on the roof of the crossover. Luckily, General Motors will finally introduce the accessory in December. The new cross bars will fit all trim levels of the 2021 Chevy Trailblazer equipped with roof rails.
