Bouma was reportedly Ramadanâs partner and carer, who helped manage her chronic illness.
Her brother, Alex Ramadan, has set up a GoFundMe page to help bring his sisterâs body home to Melbourne, writing that the money would help get her the âfarewell she deservesâ.
âUnfortunately my beautiful sister Lordy had her life cut short,â he wrote. âTrying to raise some money to help my elderly parents cover the costs of bringing her body home to VIC and giving her the farewell she deserves.â

Lordy Ramadan s remains were discovered in her Sapphire apartment complex in Labrador on the Gold Coast about 10.20am on Friday after her concerned family, who live in Victoria, raised the alarm.
Police found the corpse of her fiancé and carer Craig Bouma upon arrival, but did not discover the 49-year-old s concealed body until an hour later during a wider search of the home.

The family of a woman found murdered on the Gold Coast says there were no signs her partner might kill her.
The body of 48-year-old Lourdi Lordy Ramadan was found in a wooden chest in her Gold Coast apartment, about an hour and a half after her partner Craig Bouma was found dead there.
The case is now being treated by police as a suspected murder-suicide.
