A call for food on social media mobilized San Antonians to donate and deliver hundreds of dollars worth of meals to immigrants at the San Antonio International Airport.
After visiting the airport Monday night, Martha Sanchez, the co-owner of El Remedio food truck, asked her followers and locals to join her on this cause. I was dropping off my mom, and someone heard me speaking Spanish and asked if I could help them with printing out their ticket, Sanchez said.
