Destinee Tatro of Akeley earned a Master of Social Work degree and Greta Keranen of Menahga earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management. Bagstad graduates Isabel Bagstad graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul following the spring semester. Bagstad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She is the daughter of Lance and Anita Bagstad of Park Rapids. Area students earn awards Benjamin Hendrickx of Menahga was among several students from career and technical programs at Alexandria Technical and Community College who competed in the 2021 local, state and national SkillsUSA competitions. Kruger took his oath before a crowd of onlookers that included numerous members of the sheriff’s office and the Worthington Police Department, his family, and Kent Wilkening, who retired Wednesday after a 34-year career in law enforcement with Nobles County the last 22 years as its sheriff.
