Dumbarton FC has new owners after Cognitive Capital Ltd bought out Brabco s majority stake. Dumbarton Football Club have announced that majority shareholders Brabco have been bought out and the club have new owners. In a statement the club said Cognitive Capital Ltd have concluded a deal that will see them take immediate control at the C&G Systems Stadium side and sees Brabco’s 13-year stint in control come to an end. Companies House states that Cognitive Capital are currently registered to an address in Birmingham and have two active board members in the role of director. Matthew Atkinson, an architect, aged 31, and Henning Kristoffersen, a 47-year-old Norwegian sales director are the named active directors of the company.
Major shareholders sell stake in Dumbarton Football Club
Wantaway owners Brabco 736 Ltd have, tonight, sold their stake in Dumbarton Football Club to Cognitive Capital Ltd - an Anglo-Norwegian organisation.
