NEW DELHI: The News Broadcasters Association (NBA) has demanded that Republic TV’s IBF membership be suspended in light of leaked transcripts of the channel’s MD & editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami’s WhatsApp chats with former BARC CEO Partho Dasgupta.

New Delhi: In the leaked WhatsApp chat which is doing rounds on social media, Republic TV s Arnab Goswami purportedly gave assurances to ex-BARC CEO Partho Dasgupta about government s action .
During the conversation, Dasgupta expresses concern that only he is facing the music and the government is not calling or telling anyone anything. Goswami then assures him the government will act and that he should hang in there .
Goswami also talks about other people meeting with the Prime Minister s Office (PMO) and says he have further meetings next week.
