Heartwarming moment 30 neglected dogs were rescued and pampered
Their amazing makeover was captured on camera
The moment 30 dogs in Skegness were rescued from neglect by the RSPCA has been captured on video, showcasing their much-needed makeover.
The RSPCA were made aware of the dogs last week, as they were found with matted fur and covered in faeces in kennels outside a property in Skegness.
The animal welfare charity took them in after agreeing to sign the pets over with the owner, and immediately gave them veterinary attention and some TLC.

Death rate nationally to remain high “for a little while yet”
Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
The COVID mutation that has taken over most new cases in Lincolnshire is not only more infectious, but may also be more deadly, it has been revealed.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said there is “some evidence” the new variant of COVID-19 which is more transmissible could have a “higher degree of mortality”.
However, he said all current evidence continued to show that vaccines remain effective.
Health bosses in Lincolnshire on Friday estimated 80-90% of new coronavirus cases were the new variant.
