Map reveals Covid cases increasing rapidly in Swindon AREAS of Swindon have seen a rapid increase in Covid cases this week with some areas reaching a 156.2 per cent increase compared to the week before. The Government s interactive map uses figures from the seven days leading up to July 12 to determine the extent to which Covid-19 cases are rising or falling in different parts of the borough and beyond. Wroughton, Wichelstowe and Chiseldon received the highest percentage increase compared to the previous week with a 156.2 per cent rise. Other high increases in the map included Royal Wootton Bassett Outer and Lyneham (127.8 per cent), Lower Stratton (122 per cent) and Mouldon Hill and Oakhurst (122 per cent)
