The Drinks Business 11 December 2020 By Lucy Shaw TV presenter Phillip Schofield has launched an Italian wine in Garçon’s pioneering flat bottle, making him the first celebrity to adopt the eco-friendly packaging. Schofield’s organic Nero di Troia from Puglia, which is normally sold in a 2.25 litre bag-in-box, has gone on sale in Garçon’s 75cl flat bottles, which are made from 100% recycled PET plastic.
