With Springtime just about upon us, more and more residents are flocking to the scenic Madison County Transit Trails to exercise and enjoy the outdoors and fresh air.
Madison County Transit is offering people a way to leave their mark on the trails with a commemorative bench or tree.
You will be able to purchase a tree or a bench to be placed along the trail of your choice, to commemorate a loved one, or recognize an organization, civic group, or business.
Spokesperson for MCT Amanda Schomaker tells the Big Z the benches are “vandal-resistant”.
