Crackdown on coronavirus SOPs violators intensified

MULTAN: The city district administration intensified crackdown on the violators of coronavirus SOPs and sealed shops and imposed a fine on transport owners for violating COVID-19 SOPs in Multan on Monday.
According to officials, the administration was not showing any relaxation in terms of taking action against violators of the SOPs of the pandemic. On the directives of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ali Shehzad, three business centres were closed during the crackdown on violation of Corona SOPs while 7 buses were impounded.
Similarly, action was also taken against owners of eight buses over ignoring coronavirus SOPs. The violators were fined Rs 43,000 fine. 66th birthday of Zardari celebrated: Workers and activists of Pakistan People s Party (PPP) women wing Monday celebrated the 66th birthday of the party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
