What is not up for debate is that many men do struggle with fertility problems and they are often uncomfortable talking about it and reluctant to get help. It is almost like male fertility is not considered as a major component. But it does comprise a sizeable portion of the reasons couples present with infertility.
Although different religions have divergent views on seeking medical help to have children, the practice in itself is not new as it has been in existence for four decades.

The Supreme Court, on Friday, dismissed the certificate forgery case the All Progressives Congress, APC, and one of its members, Mr Williams Edobor, filed against Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State.
In a unanimous decision, a five-man penal of justices of the apex court held that the Appellants failed to prove their case against Obaseki.
The apex court said it found no reason to set aside the concurrent judgements of the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal in Abuja, which earlier dismissed the allegation that Obaseki tendered false credentials to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in aid of his qualification for the governorship election that held in Edo state on September 19, 2020.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) and Williams Edobor, a chieftain of the party, had filed a suit against Obaseki, accusing him of forging the first degree certificate which he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to enable him contest the governorship election.
But the governor had insisted that the error on the copy of his certificate, which he submitted to INEC, was made by a photocopying machine.
Also, Abayomi Ajayi, an official of the legal unit of the University of Ibadan who was summoned to testify as a defence witness, had
told the court that the institution issued a Bachelor of Arts certificate to Obaseki in 1979.
