He suggested that such measures should include  resuming grants and even subsidies to some businesses. Saying he was not a medical expert, the trade unionist and attorney said he has and will continue to be guided by the professionals.

Responding to a statement issued earlier by Indarsingh, Rambharat said, The issue is not the rights of the former (Caroni 1975 Ltd) workers to the state-owned land under the 2003 VSEP (voluntary separation of employment packages).
