head chefs resigning, reopens Wednesday, April 28, with the first menu from the
new executive chef, Ian Brower, who has run kitchens at Albany restaurants including Lost & Found Bar & Kitchen and the former Capital City Gastropub and was chef de cuisine at the original incarnation of Donna’s Italian in Troy.
