RYAN GIBBONS, 27, of Annesley Road, Oxford, was fined £440 and banned from driving for 18 months after he admitted possession of cannabis and drink driving a VW Golf on Oxford Road. Tests showed he had 68mcgs in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He must pay £85 costs and a £44 victim surcharge. ANGELA JONES, 53, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a community protection notice by going to Blackbird Leys Community Centre on May 18 and urinating in public, as well as charges of disorderly behaviour and assaulting a police officer. She was fined £50 and ordered to pay £100 compensation to the officer and a £34 victim surcharge.
