From his Cogan House Township home at 46 Ross St, Ross is alleged to have fired two shots in the direction of four state troopers about 12:45 p.m Thursday. The troopers were investigating a shooting in which Ross had allegedly fired multiple rounds into the home of Anthony Hainey, a neighbor who lives about 300 to 500 yards away, about 11:15 a m. “One bullet penetrated a window on the west side of Hainey’s home while another penetrated the siding, again on the west side of the house” Trooper Jamesan Keeler said in an affidavit.
