Anthony Fabián Escoto de 32 años y residente de San Juan.
Esto por hechos ocurridos el 29 de junio en la calle 10 de la urbanización Puerto Nuevo.
De acuerdo a la investigación de las autoridades, Fabián Escoto hurtó un vehículo Mitsubishi Montero del año 2002, color verde, que había sido dejado encendido en la marquesina de una residencia.
El caso se consultó con el fiscal Orlando Velázquez, quien instruyó radicar por violación al artículo 18.1 de la Ley 8, para la protección de la Propiedad Vehicular (Apropiación Ilegal de Vehículo).
La prueba se presentó ante la jueza Ileana Blanco, del Tribunal de San Juan, quien determinó causa para arresto, señalando una fianza de 5 mil dólares, la cual no prestó, siendo ingresado en la Cárcel Regional de Bayamón.

A Green Forest man is out on bail after leading deputies on a high-speed chase through eastern Carroll County on March 21, one which turned into a foot chase through a Berryville neighborhood.
Caesar Augusto Lopez, 20, is facing a felony charge of fleeing in a vehicle in addition to a host of misdemeanor offenses, including fleeing on foot, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, purchase or possession by minor, driving left of center and failure to use a turn signal.
According to a probable-cause affidavit filed in the case, at approximately 10:30 p.m. Sunday, March 21, Carroll County Sheriffs Office deputy Anthony Scotti overheard a transmission from Green Forest police regarding a dark-colored crew-cab pickup that reportedly spun out near County Road 712 before accelerating at a high rate of speed headed westbound on Highway 62 toward Berryville.
A Hot Springs man is facing a multitude of charges including four felonies after an incident in which, hours after allegedly being involved in a stabbing incident in Boone County, he is accused of attempting to flee in a truck with a stolen license plate, nearly striking a Carroll County deputy sheriff in the process.
Norman D. Hardesty, 26, is charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault, felony theft by receiving and felony fleeing, along with a number of misdemeanors ranging from reckless driving, failure to stop or yield, and driving on a suspended license to no turn signal and littering.
