From the first shaky ride on a two wheeler to my modern day rides in granny gear, biking has been a thrill. A cheap and healthy high awaits every time I set out on my bike. Growing up in a family of six kids, we went through a variety of tricycles and bicycles used, hand-me-down and new. The first “little red bike” that we all learned to ride on came from my uncle Larry. It had hard rubber (non-inflatable) tires and removable training wheels. How well I can remember my brothers churning up mud with that little bike.
